I have been taking notes my entire adult life in an attempt to capture the things that stood out as distinct and worth remembering. However, I never planned to share my notes with anyone... and as such I rarely quoted where they came from. I am doing my best to recall sources and attribute them appropriately. If you happen to notice a missing citation, please do let me know. I am certainly not trying to claim these ideas as my own.
